To ensure everyone’s safety, all visits to STR8eyes will now require an appointment.
Moving forward, all glasses and/or contact lens pick-ups, glasses repairs, glasses adjustments will require an appointment. This will help limit the number of people in the office and allow us to serve you better.
If you have travelled or have been in contact with anyone who has travelled recently to any place outside of Canada travel, we kindly ask that you consider not visiting our location.
We have taken reasonable and appropriate measures to minimize the risk of infections like COVID-19 in the practice environment to protect all our patients and our staff.
We have taken extra measures to sanitize all surfaces, all frames and equipment between patients.
All staff will make sure to wash their hands between patients and to disinfect frames thoroughly before returning to the display.
In addition, we have also implemented the following precautions:
• Glass partitions at the front reception desks
• Very strict cleaning protocols
• Health screening prior to entry
• Mandatory hand sanitization upon entry
• Mandatory masks for all staff and patients
